These Terms explain how your Wallet works, how you can use it, and any limits you should know about.
By entering, connecting, accessing, registering on, or using an account on this website and its associated applications on iPhone, iPad, Android, and any related mobile application (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform") including, without limitation, any services offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms and Conditions (collectively the "Terms"), including these Wallet Terms and Conditions, Platform Terms and Conditions, Terms of our Privacy Policy and any terms or policies available at www.platinumlist.net or mobile/iPad application and you agree to be bound by them and to comply with all the applicable laws and regulations and confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Platform. You acknowledge that these Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between yourself and PLATINUMLIST PROCESSING LTD (defined hereinafter as “Platinumlist”, “Company”, “We”, “us”, “our”) with reference to the use of the Platform.
You become a User of the Wallet by using or registering on the Platform. As a User, you agree and undertake to comply with the provisions of these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, then you may not use the Wallet. Platinumlist reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where such modifications are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify Users through the Platform or via email. You agree that each visit you make to the Platform shall be subject to the Terms as displayed, and your continued use of the Platform now or following the modifications in these Terms confirms that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by such modifications to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Definitions
“Wallet” The closed-loop digital balance available under your account on Platinumlist's Platform, which may only be used for transactions within the Platform.
“Credits” Monetary value added or refunded to your Wallet, whether through payments, refunds, or promotional grants, usable only on our Platform and subject to these Terms.
“Platform Terms and Conditions” Refers to the general Terms and Conditions governing the use of Platinumlist’s website, mobile application, and all services offered therein, including but not limited to ticket purchases, account management, and service interactions, as published and updated from time to time on the Platform.
“User” Any individual or entity that creates an account and accesses or uses the services offered through the Platform, including use of the Wallet.
“Wallet Terms and Conditions” Refers to the specific terms set out in this document that govern the creation, use, funding, refund, expiry, and management of the Wallet. These Terms form an integral part of the Platform Terms and Conditions and are binding on all Users who access or use the Wallet.The Wallet services are provided by Platinumlist Processing LTD
“Wallet Account” The digital account associated with a User profile through which Wallet balances and transactions are recorded and managed.
2. Services and Scope
Your Wallet may only be used strictly to purchase tickets and related services made available through the Platform. Once funds are added to the Wallet, they are not refundable to the original payment method except where required by applicable law.
Credits held in the Wallet are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used outside the Platform except where required by applicable law.
Payments must be made in the currency chosen by the User at the time of Wallet creation or top-up. The Wallet will operate exclusively in the selected currency. Any applicable currency conversion charges or exchange rate differences arising from payments, refunds, or top-ups shall be borne solely by the User including any fees charged by third-party payment providers, where applicable.
3. Loading and Receiving Credits
You may load funds to your Wallet via approved payment methods.
Platinumlist reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any Wallet top-up at its reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable law, including for compliance, fraud prevention, or risk management purposes.
Refunds from ticket cancellations may be credited to your Wallet unless otherwise required by law. Refund eligibility and conditions are subject to the Refund Policy stated on the Platform and applicable laws.
By accepting a refund to the Wallet, the User agrees to be bound by these Wallet Terms and Conditions, including any limitations on use, expiry, or non-withdrawal of refunded amounts.
By adding funds to the Wallet, the User represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that such use does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Prohibited Uses
Wallet balance must not be:
Transferred to another user.
Withdrawn to a bank or card.
Used on any other platform or service not owned or controlled by Platinumlist.
Exchanged for cash, unless required by law.
The Wallet must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including but not limited to money laundering, unauthorized transactions, or circumvention of Platform policies.
5. Expiry of Wallet Balance
Wallet credits may be subject to expiry periods as determined by Platinumlist and communicated on the Platform. Any unused balance after the applicable expiry period may expire or be forfeited, subject to applicable law and provided that such expiry has been clearly communicated to the User in advance.
6. Obligations
By using the Wallet, the User agrees and undertakes to:
Use the Wallet strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Platform's policies.
Ensure that any top-up or payment is made using valid, authorized payment methods.
Be solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
Regularly monitor Wallet balances, expiry dates, and transaction history.
Bear any applicable charges, including currency conversion, processing fees, or taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Not engage in any fraudulent, unauthorized, or prohibited use of the Wallet.
Notify the Company immediately of any suspected unauthorized activity or breach of security.
Accept that refunds issued to the Wallet are subject to the Platform’s Refund Policy and Wallet Terms.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Wallet.
Platinumlist will use reasonable efforts to:
Maintain and operate the Wallet in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure Wallet balances are applied correctly toward eligible purchases or refunds.
Provide Users with access to their Wallet balance, transaction history, and expiry details.
7. Fraud & Misuse
Platinumlist reserves the right to suspend or void Wallet balances if we detect misuse, fraud, or violation of Terms.
Right to Suspend: Platinumlist reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the User's Wallet and account, without prior notice, to prevent further unauthorized activity.
Investigation Period: A formal internal review will be conducted, generally within 10 business days, during which the User may be contacted for clarification or supporting information.
User Cooperation: The User agrees to fully cooperate with any investigation, including providing requested documents or explanations related to suspicious Wallet activity.
Outcome & Action:
If misuse or breach of these Terms is confirmed, Platinumlist may permanently disable the Wallet, forfeit any remaining balance, and/or terminate the User’s account.
If no breach is found, Wallet access and any frozen balance will be restored without penalty.
Notification: The User will be notified of the outcome of the investigation and any resulting actions taken. Platinumlist’s determination regarding any misuse or breach shall be made at its reasonable discretion, acting in good faith.
Platinumlist shall not be liable for any loss arising from actions taken under this clause, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Liability Limitation
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
Platinumlist shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Wallet except where caused by our negligence, wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Platinumlist does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Wallet or the Platform. The availability and functionality of the Wallet may be affected by factors outside our control, including, without limitation, internet outages, system maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Platinumlist shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by the User as a result of:
Temporary suspension, unavailability, or delay in Wallet access or functionality;
Failure to complete a transaction due to system downtime;
Maintenance or upgrades performed on the Platform or Wallet systems;
External events such as force majeure, cyberattacks, or service provider failures.
In such events, Platinumlist will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Platinumlist’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Wallet shall not exceed the total Wallet balance held by the User at the time the claim arose.
9. Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platinumlist from any losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including legal fees and regulatory penalties) arising from their breach of these Terms or misuse of the Wallet.
10. Termination
Upon account closure or termination, Wallet balances may be forfeited unless required to be refunded under applicable consumer laws or other applicable laws and regulations.
Wallet balances may not be reclaimed, redeemed, or transferred unless required by law.
11. Modifications
We amend these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will be published on the Platform and, where required by applicable law, communicated to Users before taking effect. Continued use of the Wallet after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may notify the User of material changes to these Terms via email, in-app message, or other Platform-based notification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory rights that a consumer may have under applicable law.
13. Dispute
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with Wallet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
14. Related Terms
These Wallet Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the overall Platinumlist Platform Terms and Conditions. By using the Wallet, the User agrees to be bound by:
The Platform Terms and Conditions;
The Refund and Cancellation Policy;
The Privacy Policy, and;
Any other applicable policies made available through the Platform now or in the future.
In the event of any conflict between these Wallet Terms and other Platform policies, these Wallet Terms shall prevail in relation to Wallet-specific matters.
